Delete your account or request data deletion

This page covers both full account deletion and requests to delete specific personal data while keeping your account. You can submit either request even if you no longer have the app or cannot sign in.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open OG Landmark and sign in.
2. Open Profile and select Delete Account.
3. Review the confirmation and confirm the request.

Request full account deletion by email

Email support@oglandmark.com with the subject OG Landmark account deletion request. Send the request from the email address linked to your account, or include the account email address or mobile number so we can identify it. You do not need to reinstall the app.

Request deletion of specific data while keeping your account

Email support@oglandmark.com with the subject OG Landmark specific data deletion request. Include the email address or mobile number linked to your account and describe the data you want removed. You do not need to request full account deletion.

What happens next

We may verify that you control the account before processing either request. We will complete verified and identifiable deletion requests within 14 days after receiving the information needed to locate and verify the account.

The request covers account-related personal data, including profile information, saved app data, notification registration, account-owned content, and associated uploaded media. If a record also belongs to another person, we remove your identifiers and personal details while keeping only the other person's necessary record. Information may be retained where required by law or needed for security, fraud prevention, or an unresolved dispute; any retained information is limited to that purpose and kept only as long as needed.
